Subcommittees Participation of teachers

BSS has formed an Extra-Curricular Activities Sub-committee for the effective organization of extra-curricular activities to bring out and develop the hidden talent of the students.

  • The duration of the sub-committee is an academic session and the termination of the post is as per the policy of the school.
  • Different types of programmes are planned and organized, the students are inspired to participate in different programmes of their interest organized in and outside the school, records of all such activities are kept and necessary things for the programmes are managed.

Regular meetings are organized and the principal, the vice-principal, and the coordinator are invited to the meeting compulsorily.

BSS has formed an Examination and Evaluation Sub-committee to conduct the examinations with proper management and improve learning achievement.

  • All the teachers and students are notified about the examination schedule by publishing routine and necessary things are arranged.
  • Results are published in the compulsory presence of the parents and they are provided with necessary suggestions and advice.
  • A result analysis meeting is held after the result publication and record of every examination is kept.
  • The curriculum of every practical subject is to be prepared for every examination by the subject teachers.

A list of weak students is to be prepared and discussed at the staff meeting.

BSS has formed a Sports Sub-committee for the effective organization of games and sports to help the students live a healthy life and be a good and skillful sports person.

BSS has formed a School-Community Relation Sub-committee to establish a good relation between the school and the community.

  • Home visit programmes are organized, parents meeting is scheduled to be held once in every two months and take necessary steps to develop positivity towards the school among the community members.

BSS has formed a Counseling and Advice Sub-committee to create a peaceful and disciplined environment at school for result-oriented activities.

  • Needy students are counseled and advised according to the data provided by the class teachers.

BSS has formed a Music, Singing, and Dancing Sub-committee to identify the students who are talented and interested in the field and to motivate them to be active in these activities.

  • A Cultural Group of the maximum of 15 member students is formed with the students from grades 6 to 9 which supports the sub-committee during programmes.

  • Singing and dancing competitions are organized according to the academic calendar and the students are encouraged to participate actively, and they are also encouraged to participate in the competitions organized outside the school.

  • Teachers are provided with the necessary materials according to their demand form, the purchase order is prepared to purchase the necessary surplus for the school and goods acquisition entry note is also prepared.

BSS has formed a Communication,  Technology and Publications Sub-committee to keep our students, parents, and all the well-wishers informed about the activities of the school.

  • A Facebook page has been created to provide information regarding school activities.
  • Youtube Channel is going to be created for dissemination of the videos of the school activities.
  • Groups of ex-students are going to be formed for easy communication.
  • Online classes are also held according to the situation and demand.
  • Students will be motivated to surf e-library and be benefitted.
  • Advertisements of the school are also going to be prepared and uploaded on Facebook
