Recognizing Outstanding Academic Results
The Achievement Award honors teachers whose students demonstrate exceptional performance in standardized external examinations, including:
- Grade 8 Examinations
- Secondary Education Examinations (SEE)
- Grade 12 Board Examinations
This award acknowledges the dedication, instructional excellence, and academic leadership of teachers who help students achieve outstanding examination results.
Base Award
Teachers whose students achieve a 100% pass rate in the relevant examination will receive:

Additional rewards are provided based on the number of A+ Grades achieved by students in theoretical subjects.
