Bhaleshwor Award
Recognizing Excellence in Professional Performance and Service
The Bhaleshwor Award is one of the School’s highest honors, presented annually to teachers and staff members who demonstrate exceptional professional competence, dedication, leadership, and contribution to the School community.
This award celebrates individuals whose commitment and performance significantly enhance the quality of education and institutional development.
Award Benefits
Recipients of the Bhaleshwor Award will receive:
- Cash Prize: NPR 5,000
- Certificate of Appreciation
- Traditional Shawl (Dosalla)
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for nomination, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Full-Time Teachers and Staff
- Minimum of two (2) years of continuous service at the School.
Part-Time Teachers and Staff
- Minimum of five (5) years of continuous service at the School.
Selection Process
Eligible teachers and staff members may be nominated based on their:
- Professional competence and expertise
- Quality of work and performance
- Commitment to institutional growth
- Leadership and teamwork
- Contribution to student learning and development
A maximum of seven (7) recipients may be selected each year.
Award Presentation
The Bhaleshwor Award is presented during the School’s Annual Celebration Ceremony, where outstanding educators and staff members are formally recognized for their exemplary service and achievements.
